Hi All, Here is my latest little style Diva i've done this evening. I've called her 'Black Magic'. The frock is curtesy of Suzi and it gave me the chance to create something i have wanted for so long. I have the blonde, white doll Happy Holidays Barbie mint in box and always wanted the black doll issue. This was a double wammie as at least i get to see the frock properly as i have never even opened the seal on my boxed doll. The doll is curtesy of Jan who sent me this black Barbies Christie a while back dressed casual and i was waiting for a stunning number to make her proud. I am so chuffed with her,she will be part of my Christmas decs too. I can just imagine her at a Midnight Ball on Christmas Eve wowing them all as she descends a grand staircase. Carl xx

OMG!! Christie is just gorgeous Carl!! I am stunned at how Glam and Sexy she looks in that dress and stole She'll be an ideal centrepiece in a Christmas Tableau of Dolls IMO Lovely viewing I have a Christie - she's one of a Trio - along with Barbie and Teresa - called Sunsations Barbie. She's dressed in slinky trousers and a gypsy -type top at the moment - it's a bit chilly for her to be wearing just a bikini now Luv 'Nita xxx

She is divine Carl! The dress is so elegant on her--the silver detailing reminds me of shimmering snow! You're right, she does look ready for a ball--and the red wrap is just the touch of colour needed to complete the look. I have a picture in my mind of her waltzing in the moonlight...Lovely choice of frock; as always, Carl you've done magic with her! Best wishes, Frances

:)Thankyou Anita and Frances.
Christies are lovely dolls and she looked nice in her casual gear but the frock as certainly given her the wow factor. I have a growing little collection of different Christies now. I really like black dolls.

Aaawwwhhh Zoe thanks. My Kevin got one on a Black Christie in an ebay lot once. I got the Christie, he got the frock. It will be his chance to use it for a reroot Sindy. I wont let him remove frocks from collector issue Barbies to put on Sindys as devine as our S girl is i think its sacriledge for me personally. It does come up quite often and best of luck. I will keep my eye out for you when i'm on my rummage browses.
