Hi all!!
I just joined this forum. I am not a collector of Sindy's but I do have some of my childhood.
I came here to learn more about Sindy, because I do like her a lot!
My all time favorite Sindy is Starlight Sindy, the brunette one. I got her as a present from my deceased grandmother. She is missing a shoe and has beginning to fade on her arms, but I could never give her up.
Further I am 26 y.o and live in the Netherlands

Hi Titaniaqueen  Lovely to see you've joined us - we have a few members from Holland now and you are all most welcome!!  I have recently won two Starlights - one is brunette but not in her original clothing and one blonde one in original outfit minus the belt!!  I hope you will be able to take a pic of your Starlight and post it so that we can see her!! I hope you have fun finding out lots about Sindy and her many outfits - I had 3 Sindys as a child in the 60s but my Mam gave all my stuff away when I was a teen, to younger relatives.  I finally re-kindled my love of Sindy last August and have loads of different vintage fashion dolls as well as Sindy (who is still Top Doll for me). I'm now nearing 49 y.o!!!!LOLOL Enjoy your time spent with us Luv 'Nita xxx    |

Hi titaniaqueen Lovely to have another member from the Netherlands How wonderful that you still have sindy from your childhood I have 85 Starlight sindys too 1 brunette and 2 blonde, starlight sindy is very pretty. I do think the brunette are nicer than the blonde Hope you enjoy yourself on my forum, look forward to chatting with you soon |

Your name sounds a little familiar to my  Let's think..... now I know I bought a sweet dreams Sindy from you of Ebay, she had fuzzy brown hair with some plugs cut and she had a blue ear.  She went to the hairdresser and after that visit, she has long curly pink hair!! Corine xxx |

thnx for the warm welcome! well that could be true corine, I am a member of ebay as well, titaniaqueen she looks amazing!! I am glad she found a good home! as for the starlight sindy, I like the brunette a lot better as well! |
