Hello! I'm a new member just joined, in Essex. 12 well loved Sindys have just come down from my loft to start being renewed and refurbished. I had no idea how much of a revival Sindy was enjoying. My Sindys are all early 1980s Pedigree, plus one 1979 Funtime. The one outft I am desperately on the look out for is a total 1980s rollerskater outfit. My brunette dolly 'Jennifer' was a rollerskater in a red outfit but I have sadly lost everything from her original kit. If anyone knows where I could get a duplicate skater outfit, yellow boots with black wheels, or the yellow plastic 'Walkman' belt/headphones, please please could you let me know! Liz

I just won a Sindy salon for 99p on Ebay! Whooooopppeee! Now Sindy can go and be pampered! And I have found most of the outfits to restore my dolls - I won a 1979 Funtime Sindy outfit, I've found a 1983 Bright and Breezy jumper to replace 'Annabelles' missing jumper, found a 1983 Holiday outfit to replace 'Lu Lus' missing one and I have won the 1983 T-shirt and red pedal pushers to restore 'Chloe'. Next project is to start building my Sindys a 1970s superhome from scratch. I've been researching 70s wallpapers and fabrics, and looking at my old 1970s magazines in the loft to remind me of styles and fashions!
