I'm a new member from Holland and a huge Sindy-fan. I collect Sindy's for one year now and like to reroot Sindy, so I buy Sindy's who could use a new hairdo.
I'm really addicted to the clothes of Sindy, I even try to make copy's of them.

I had discovered your site a few months ago and I really like your Sindy-site and your Sindy's.

Someone on the internet tried to sell me a royal occasion Sindy doll and the picture he was using, was one of your dolls

I recognize the doll and I was verry lucky that I didn't pay for the doll, pfffew almost a bad experience on the dutch e-bay.....

I've never been on the dutch ebay some people have no shame I've found another of my dolls used. An unsuspecting person printed a t shirt with one of my dolls on thinking the doll belonged to the asker. It is annoying to find people using my dolls. They are in breech of copyright and not permitted to use my dolls amongst other things but to deliberately defraud is terrible

It's so lucky that you recognised that the doll belonged to cheryl!.....

And Cheryl do you think there is any thing that could be done to try to stop people using your images to sell items?

Hi Claud

Yes there is, it's against copyright law to use someone elses image without permission and you can demand a percentage of the sale or demand they remove it. If they are trying to defraud, you can get their item removed.
