Not good news everybody ... Poppy was run over yesterday afternoon by a car, just outside the school. A girl from the school saw it happen and ran home to tell her mum, they picked Poppy up and took her home and buried her in their garden.

The lady found me as I was handing out the leaflets this morning. I have brought Poppy home to her own garden.

Very, very sad today. I think what is so sad is that she wasn't far from home, I think she was making her way home to us.

Been a very difficult day, Ben is very upset poor little boy. Lots of cuddles in our house today (well, there always are, but you know what I mean).

Thank you Val that is very kind of you. We are all still reeling from what happened but Ben seems to have accepted it now. Charlie is a little too young to really understand.

Poor Poppy, it's just so sad. Thank you all for your support.
