Hi everyone, have just joined here and thought I better give a quick intro as per the rules!!
My name is Sofie, Im one of the groovycart gals and run the sofiesbitz shop which sells a variety of Barbie and Sindy bits, plus whatever else I have the time to list!
Im 28 and currently live at home to care for Mum who has severe MS, I also run a pizza shop and love to spend my spare time (what little I seem to have these days!) riding my motorbike and of course, collecting my dolls!
My favourite Sindys are the 80s pedigree dolls as they remind me of my childhood, and Im currently building my own Sindy house!

Am trying to do the same (well, Dad's in charge of the building aspect - I see myself more as Creative Director! ;D). Hiya Sofie - welcome to the forum - it's very friendly here and I'm sure you will enjoy chatting here. There are lots of really experienced collectors to help you with any questions or queries you may have. There is a wide variety of collectors from those who are vintage only to those who enjoy rerooting and creating ooak dolls and accessories. Lots of collectors (me included!) have 2 collections going on - one of ooak and one of vintage. I love the sound of your house !!

hi sofie, really nice to meet you. i just bought a few things off your shop over the weekend and can recommend you for wonderful service, i particulary enjoyed the sweets that came with the parcel  i made sure my children did not see them first!! The items are great, thankyou. really looking forward to seeing your house. My dad made one for my girls 2 years ago now, it WAS stunning but a bit trashed now due to long fabulous playing. speak soon xxx |
