She is lovely. Is a skipper head like a Barbie. I am not sure how you remove a Barbie head without breaking the neck and then how do you get it back on?

Thank you. The original hair has sausage curls and is fully center parted so I was so pelased how she turned out. The vintage clothes are hard to come across but this outfit I have had for a long while on another lady I havn't restored yet.
