My name is Gail and I'm from Australia. I have been collecting for 6+ months now and have about 30 Sindy's. I had a Sindy as a small child in Scotland before we emigrated to Australia and I have fallen back in love with her. My latest hunt is for a Patch ( I keep getting outbid) and a nice TG. I am also a member of Lorna's site, as are some of you as well. There seems to be a lot more going on here than the other site and I hope to make some new friends on here ;D
I am coming over to the UK in march for three weeks to go to Crufts and also go to France for a couple of days. I breed and show Australian Cattle Dogs - we have 13 dogs, 5 cats, 3 sheep and a very old stock horse at my place and I love them all:D
This seems like a very nice place to hang out and chat - looking forward to chatting with you all ;D ;D ;D

Hi Gail, Very nice to meet you. Hope you manage to get yourself a Patch soon. Gosh! You've got so many animals, that must be really lovely. I live on a main road, so all we have is two goldfish! Hope to speak soon, Loads of love, Ineke xxx

Hi Gail - welcome from sunny England (joke, it's raining!!) Look forward to seeing some pictures of your collection. Gosh do you bring your dogs to show at crufts or just to visit ? I've been many times as I love Rough Collies and my cousin breeds and shows Welsh Springer Spaniels. Cheers Janee x

Thanks for the welcome everybody. Janee, I can't bring my dogs to Crufts - Australian dogs can't qualify, plus they would have to go into quarantine when they came back to Oz. Very expensive, plus airfare - good couple of grand there...... Just going as a spectator - Colin and I spend an awful lot of time at dog shows here. The dogs are pretty much our life We can't go on holidays together 'cause someone has to stay home to look after everybody. Still, we wouldn't give any of the up. We have a website if anybody is interested. home.exetel.com.au/itsozi/Haven't got Meg or Daisy on there yet, need to get some nice piccy's of them. xxx

Ah yes I didn't think about the whole quarantine thing - doh! Yes that's like my cousin - they go everwhere on their own because someone stays home to look after all feathered and furry friends !! xx

Hi Gail and welcome, Had a look at your website. I adore dogs and have a black labrador myself and 2 cats. Would love to get another puppy...
I have never seen this bred before, however they are very cute. Wow 13 dogs, you must go through a ton of food.
Enjoy your Sindy collecting.
Mandy x
