I think Cheryl has given the best advice, as you can get carried away on ebay and pay a lot more money than you should! Also look on the forum for swaps as you can find some great items

Hi again Charlotte, hope you are well. I started to re-collect after seeing my Sindy house go in the skip a couple of years back .
E-bay is where I get a lot of my dolls & clothes, and I've also been to a couple of doll fairs and have had one lucky charity shop find. Actually I've just had a REALLY good Sindy week, I shall be starting a new thread on here shortly... lets just say, I'm one VERY happy person!

Welcome Charlotte....i started collecting again a year and a half ago when i was 30! Mid life crisis? Dunno....but its been great fun and i found lots and lots more to love about Sindy. Good luck with the house, i got that first then built it up from there (at first all the dolls i got one by one could actually fit in my house! Not now!!)

I am so sorry that you lost everything.. I know how you feel.

I buy a lot of Sindy's from Ebay and yes you can spend more then you would like to. this forum has swaps trades etc. so keep an eye. also keep any eye for dolls that need a little care as they can be brought back to be beautiful..

I love my 60's girls the best ..but collect hasbro as well.
