:)Hi Everyone ! Glad to be a member of a Sindy forum again! Have been collecting Sindy since my first blond 1975 doll - I think she was a pretty pose? She now has tape holding her lady bits together and one leg longer than the other - poor girl ! I discovered the delights of "evilbay" (as another forum member aptly describes it !!) in 2001 when my hubby found about 5 pages of Sindy stuff !! I now have approx 200 dolls mainly 70's & 80's - am selling my 60's collection on evilbay at moment to make room for my ooak passion. I have been ooaking for about 3 years but what with getting married and having a baby I have not had as much time as I would like to indulge so have been buying other peoples ooak!!
Looking forward to chatting Sindy with you all - I have been reading this forum for several weeks now and it's great!! Cheers Everyone and Happy Sindying xx

Thanks for all your replies ! It's so friendly here !!
Unfortunately most of my girls are in the loft at the moment - only have a 2 bedroom house and my son has commandeered the 2nd one !! My husband despairs of me - just can't stop !! And also when I say 200 that also includes poor scraggy girls picked up cheap at boot sales awaiting reroots-paints etc. Only dolls on display are ooak projects in progress namely Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy from the 90's Batman movie.
I really love my mid 70's hard head actives - I have a couple of super ones wearing minty Jet Set white flared trouser suit and the yellow Sunshine Girl trouser suit. Have a couple of Trendy's and a mint in box brunette active from 1975 which I paid a fortune for !!
I have tons of late 70's and 80's chicks in varying conditions (only up to 1985 though - later girls not my bag ) And to try and justify myself (!!!) I don't collect any other dolls - just Sindy ! I will try and get some of my fav girls out to post piccies.
I do have pics of 2 of my ooaks in the ooak section if you're interested ! Cheers for your posts Janee xx
