Has anyone managed to catch this - it's on BBC3 on a Thursday night. The idea being that a couple who want to wed are given £12k to spend on a wedding, the only proviso is that the bloke does everything and the bride isn't allowed to know until the day. They get 4 weeks when they have no contact and it is so funny. The girls really really stress about everything and the guys don't even though they're the ones doing the organising. Biggest panic for the girls is the dress - what will he choose and will they like it.
First girl said she didn't want a themed wedding and must have a traditional dress. She got a hollywood movie wedding at Pinewood studios with a 1950s theme, complete with full skirted 1950s bouffant dress - and she loved it ;D She kept crying all the time!
Thing is, I've seen 3 of these now and each time the guys have done absolutely brilliantly and produced well organised and thoughtful weddings on budget without panic. Without fail the girls didn't believe they could do it without them and were proved wrong.
I knew this blokey 'hopeless with romantic stuff' was just a front and now I've got the TV evidence to prove it!
