its dark brown spots on the inside which shows up as dark patches on the outside.

hmm it could be something as simple as mould on the inside which is easily cleaned by popping off the head and giving her a scrub, however, if it is proper brown cancer then i dont think there is a cure  are you a member of any MLP forum Kay? |
