;DJust in case anyone watches this, I'm on the 8 o/c programme tonight from North Kent....there will be dolls on although probably not Sindy ( I make dolls) I am squirming with apprehension already! It was filmed in October, so it has been a long wait. You shall see the monster that I am...

I often watch this. Oh Rosered some of those people on there are wicked. I hope you got a nice lot that makes all the difference; I think I'd probably have chucked some out of my house for rudeness. Was it fun to make? You are brave catering for a lot of strangers. Do you love cooking? They'd probably get chicken if they came to my house - its the only thing I can cook LOL I'll have a look to see what time you are on in my region and watch you. I'm guessing they won't be calling you rosered LOL.

No, I'm Elizabeth Lee in 'real' life. ( Doll maker, Folk singer and Psychic...) I do use the name Rose Red when I sing, usually. I do cook - my menu was very complicated and I'd not recommend anyone to try and do 3 desserts, all of which required different crusts and ganaches....

Elizabeth you are a woman of varied talents! I can hardly wait to see you. I'm going to put a note up in my kitchen as a reminder to watch it as otherwise I might end up forgetting and doing something else. ( I have a problem with short term memory and I find it helps to make a note) 8pm channel 4 "Elizabeth Lee treats her guests to tarot card readings" ;D Do you only do tarot card readings or do are you a medium as well? Its very interesting, can't wait now for tonite....

You did brilliantly. Very nice menu and loved the vintage touches (plates etc). Wasted on that unappreciative lot. The blonde woman seemed backward, and the guy who won was constantly aggravating.

All I can say is John was obnoxious with a capital O. Really didn't like him at all and you really flumoxed him as he couldn't read you at all . I liked the look of your house too and all the dolls

Do you know, I've not seen this thread until now but I was flicking and think I may have caught the episode you mean. The only bit I saw of it was the dinner where the theme was naughtical/beach wear but when the pier was closing down?? Was that you Rosered?? If so it came over just fine!! I did only see that little bit but looked to me as if it must have been fun to do! xx
.... Just editing this to say it's all coming back to me! Did you make 3 old tarts for dessert? If so yep think I saw just your segment! x

Yes, that was me! 3 Old Tarts....and the end of the pier. There was lots cut, obviously - the dreadful John made a fuss about all the dolls, as he claimed to have a phobia of them - they moved the ventriloquist dummy - which is not actually mine, but a film prop of my friend's.
