Really enjoyed it....... It was full on from start to finish for me... was surprised at what the title of the film actually revealed as the film went on... won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't yet seen it. I was cursing under my breath at one or two of the antics of the "BADDIE" and rather surprised at the one part in the film - that was totally unexpected.......... We liked that they went back to basics in some areas of the story and the props used. There was so much action it kept me totally focused and very quiet throughout!! Sam Mendes did good work on this one and hope Barbara Broccolli asks him to Direct the other two. It's good to know that Daniel Craig has signed up for two more films as Bond. ;D Will be very sad when the franchise eventually ends but there can't be that many stories left now to turn into films .... I must admit that I kept expecting to see Samantha Bond & Colin Salmon somewhere along the line..... was rather surprised NOT to see them but realize that there have to be changes now and then... the new Q will do OK

Yes Laurie.... The Hobbit sounds good from the trailers we've seen.... We've watched every one of the Lord of The Rings films in the pics then got them on DVD, so should go and see this one as well ;D Have two of the Twilights on DVD and only watched one so far;( Didn't go to see that in pics.... Will probably wait to get the rest on DVD, then have a Twilightfest one weekend when Steve hasn't got to work. We've always gone to the Cinema for a Bond film... it's something my folks always did as well ... my first Bond film in a cinema was From Russia with Love when it first came out ... There were only 20 of us watching Skyfall last night though and every now and again when there was a quiet bit in Skyfall, you could hear the film and the audience in the next Studio... that was a bit disconcerting. We used to go and see the Star Trek films at the Flicks too - the atmosphere of the crowd always make or break a film for me Steve & I are finally upgrading to a Blu-Ray player with DVD capability so that we can replace a lot of Videos that are now useless. All the Bond films we have to date are on DVD, so it will be good to compare just how much better Blu-Ray is Can't wait to get all the Patrick Swayze films I like on Blu-Ray - have missed watching them every once in a while since the Video recorder stopped working
