Didn't know if this was use to anyone. Was reading today in Dogs Monthly (yes I know- but I find it interesting! LOL) that Conkers are highly poisonous to dogs and cause death if eaten!!! My pooch loves running round the local park and at the mo it's littered with them!!! I did my bit and picked up loads putting them to use as a centre piece on the dining table this is it on the coffee table until I moved after finding out about the dangers to our Cocker Spadge! xxx

That looks really pretty Becky, but best to be safe around beloved pets.

Yes!! ours is much loved too =) I'll share a little story with you- Last night about 2am, my husband suddenly said " look I'm really really warm do you mind just edging onto your side"...... I was until this point fast asleep and knew I was no where near him. Confused I sleepily opened one eye...... YOU GUESSED IT!!!! Our beloved and rather cheeky cocker spaniel had not only jumped onto the bed (he's allowed upstairs when we are up there but not on the bed etc) BUT he was laid inbetween us UNDER THE DUVET!!!!!! with his head on my husbands pillow. Bramley (the cocker) was basically heavy breathing into Chris' ear!!! LOL LOL LOL. Well I was in hysterics and mystified how he'd got there without one of the other of us noticing!!!!!! it was hilarious... all though, Chris wasn't particularly amused and Bramley wasn't there much longer once he had been discovered! LOL x x x x x x x x x x
