I entered this year's Mastermind, and my first round heat will be broadcast in a couple of week's time.
I had a go two years ago, made it to the semi-final stage, and enjoyed myself so much I decided to have another go.
My heat will be broadcast on Friday 5th November, on BBC2, at 8.00pm. I'm answering questions on the dancer, Josephine Baker.

I'm supposed to be on tv soon as well - flogging a vintage bag on Dickinsons Real Deal. They haven't told me when I'm on but I've spotted myself in the opening credits a few times.
Did the recording team make a big fuss of you ? The crew I worked with were hilarious and I never stopped laughing.

Oh Gillian, what a pity that I am on holiday. We get BBC2 in Holland and I watch english programmes once in a while. Would have loved to have seen you. I get back on November 14th. Will you be on more or is it just the one time?
I know you know how it all ends but good luck anyway.

Brilliant I love Mastermind and really admire people who have the guts to go on there. Will probably see you as I tend to watch it.

Got a letter this morning my tv appearance will be on 10th November itv Dickinsons Real Deal, in my area its 3pm airing. I'm the one selling the vintage bags who probably looks bonkers as I kept laughing (the crew made me laugh).
