Hi Everyone,I'm new here. Not sure what I'm doing yet... Like to say a big Thank You to Penelope for recommending this wonderful place. I love to customise and restore Sindy's. I am sick of paying ebay fees though. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a free website I could use? I've been looking at some, but there's so many,I just don't know which is genuine. I only want to upload my pics,it would be lovely to sell them obviously too. Please feel free to contat me anyone who's interested in my work or helping me with advise. x

Hi Julie Welcome aboard and I hope you will enjoy coming here to post. Gail - Itsozi - is also a member here and she will be so excited when she gets back home to find you've joined as she too is a fan of your dolls. It was Gail who bought your recent Space Fantasy OOAK, which we all loved BTW. None of us bid on it as we knew Gail really wanted her for her collection, so more Sindys with that thickness and style of hair would be lovely to see please!! I agree that Groovycart would be the best place for you to sell your dolls and things and hope to hear you've opened a shop there soon Chat again soon, Luv Anita xxx

Hi everyone. So lovely here, everyone is so nice. I hope Gail enjoyed crufts, and enjoys her Sindy when she gets home. Jemboy,I've seen your work before. I've done Jem's in the past, nightmare! Seriously sore fingers! I did a Craig Phillips once but it took so much time, effort and sore fingers,I didn't bother to sell him, people don't apprecaite how hard it is to do Jem's with their rock hard heads! Thank you all for "not bidding" on my ebay girls! Wished you had! Costs me a fortune to list! ;D lol. Nic: Dewberry is amazing! Her dolls are awesome! Glad she's a got a different style than me! Phew...I'd hate to be in competition with her! Val: Lovely to meet you. (don't know my way round here yet,so don't know how to reply individually!)Penny, you know you're welcome anytime. x Hi Lisa,Hi Di,Hi Liz,Hi again Anita,Hi Janee...phew think that's it. So lovely to meet you all. xxx

Hi again Julie - I love your latest Sindy reroot - is that Bronze saran that you have used? It looks wonderful! If I could, I would buy all your dolls! Sadly, I can only afford to 'window shop' at the moment. I know what you mean about Ebay though. It costs a lot to list, then, if you do sell, Paypal takes a cut and then Ebay takes their final value fee also. It looks like Groovycart could be a good option for you. I have just set one up for myself, as I make knitted clothes, mainly for Blythe and I am going to try selling them there. Di

Hi Paul. I bet your Sindy will look awesome. You'll get addicted after spending lots of hard work and effort doing Jem's. Let me know about Dadn. I PM'd you my e.mail address.
I don't know how to repond individually here,so Di,this doll was going to be one of my last. I was getting so disheartened spending time and money,Loving them myself, but not selling them on ebay,or selling them ridiculously low and losing on them. I don't make hardly anything as it is,by the time I've usually bought them special dresses and I use so much hair, that costs. Then a lovely girl in Ireland bought this "It Girl" and she raved so much about her (and another one she bought off me) she really lifted my sririts and made it all worth while. She even made me a mug with pictures of the Sindy's I've done printed onto it. That was so love;y of her and I vowed not to give up. I always use Saran,it's so beautifully soft and realistic. It's a red and gold mix, really stunning! Thanks again everyone. x
