Hey there, Just gonna tell you about my cat Tanis, She has been in the wars a bit lately, She chased a Squirrel up a tree and fell out  (we think- This is what my neighbours said, but it seems to be true because there is a dead squirrel near where I found her after hours of searching) She has landed up with dislocated hips and nerve damage to her tail.... She is on total cage rest! but feels fine! so she cant understand why she cant go out with the others, £190 quid at the vet tho! but shes worth it!  |

oh claude i hope you cat is feeling better?? >:(the dam vets they charge £23.95 even before they look at your pet and theres always an injection. i had to take my kitten to the vets as i noticed a big saggy lump under his belly i thought better to be safe than sorry anyway 3 mins later the vet said oh its puppy fat and a nice consultation bill of £23.95 what!!! i cant beleive they charge this sort of money . sorry claude totally going off your subject . it is woth it in the end after my moan when they come upto you and fuss all over you. get well soon tanis xxxx |

Thanx Girls She feels fine and looks ok too, but she's still stuck in a cage! She's going nuts in there! And Hannah you're right about the amount that vets charge.... My dog Nipa has had a bit of a year of it too he had to have his tail removed last year and this cost £189 and he has had a really bad ear for ages.. so this has been quite a lot of money... over the last few weeks.. But we pay it tho because we love them don't we.... And vets know this! (sorry to any one who is a vet because I'm glad you all know about animals and how to fix them!)  love Claud xx |

Just to update u Tanis is having her tail removed... it hasnt got any better so it has to come off  this is her with tail.......  just for the record!! luv C xx |

Sorry to hear about Tanis having to lose her tail. Is she losing to whole tail or just part of it. I'm sure, once she's adjusted to life without it, she'll get on fine and she'll be really pleased that she'll be able to get out of the cage and sit on your lap again.
Pets are so much trouble as bad as kids really!
Keep us updated about her progress.

;D thanx girls.. she feels fine ... and has been allowed out of the cage. THANK GOODNESS.. ;D But is still not allowed out... and she's tearing my house up. and rushing around like a fool! she doesn't know what all the fuss is over. Tail off day to day..... I just dropped Tanis off to the vet so that they could remove her tail but When she heals up she will be able to go outside again with the other cats.. I think that she may be going mad indoors ... so its time to take it off so that when healed up she can just get on with being a cat... (who will look a bit like a bunny) Claud xx |

;DHiya ... Well she is home and looks kinda funny... like a bunny with no ears and a shaved bum! But she is fine and has no problems, which is good. She is supposed to rest! hahahah! the first thing she did was fight with her sister Seth, and leap off the dining room table! Hi Melanie, Her name comes from a city in Egypt.. The city is called Tanis. It's where the map-room is, the map to show where the ark of the covenant is kept........... I sound all educated here but I got it from Raiders of the lost ark! Hmmm Harrison Ford! One of my first crushes. =P I still like older men even to this day so he definitely has a lot to answer for. (Just as well my hubby isn't reading over my shoulder.)
